Abstract

Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) has emerged in the educational scene, presenting itself as a disruptive innovation with the potential to radically transform methodology in foreign language teaching. This presentation will explore how GenAI technologies can revolutionize the way languages are taught and learned, with examples demonstrating effective uses for both teachers and students. Additionally, the challenges and concerns of educators regarding these changes will be addressed, and practical ideas and strategies will be provided to make the most of these innovative technologies in their classrooms.
